疫情就是命令，防控就是责任。自治区外办高度重视新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，着力加强领事保护宣传和在宁外籍人士疫情防控工作，通过门户网站及微信公众号发布《宁夏外办致在宁外籍人士的倡议书》与《安全提醒》，向在宁外籍人士温馨提示防控新型肺炎措施及定点医疗机构信息，并已开通24小时应急协助热线，为境外宁夏居民和在宁外籍人士提供新型肺炎防控和应急救治等方面协助。
《安全提醒》全文如下：
为及时有效应对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，宁夏回族自治区人民政府外事办公室提醒所有在宁外籍人士，如您到访过疫情发生地，接触或间接接触过疫情发生地的来宁人员，请第一时间向当地疾控机构或指定部门报告，居家隔离并密切关注自己身体状况，如若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，请第一时间佩戴医用防护口罩到自治区各地定点医疗机构就诊。为了您的健康，请您积极配合所在社区工作人员或医务人员的工作。
In order to curb the pneumonia epidemic caused by the novel coronavirus, Ningxia Foreign Affairs Office hereby offers proposals to all foreign nationals living and traveling in Ningxia as follows: If you have visited areas with the novel coronavirus outbreak（especially Hubei Province） or had direct or indirect contact with people who came to Ningxia from those areas lately, please report to Ningxia’s disease control departments or other designated departments immediately and stay at home. In case of symptoms such as fever, cough, chest tightness and fatigue, wear a surgical mask and go to designated hospitals immediately. For your safety and health, please kindly cooperate with community workers or medical staff.
